• Sign up for FREE Science Workshop for Elementary and Middle School Teachers!
    • This 3M-sponsored workshop is offered to all elementary and middle school teachers (no children, please) without cost. However, for our planning purposes, you need to register in advance by Oct. 3.
A variety of science activities will be demonstrated. The format is casual, walk-around table-top demonstrations with plenty of time for hands-on participation and questions. This is a "hands-on" experience (no lessons plans provided) so teachers can easily bring the simple experiments back to the classroom.
Come and share in this exciting partnership between business and education. Certificate of attendance will be given out if requested.
Come and leave when you want any time between 3:00 and 6:30 p.m.
Exhibits for that day include various by the 3M Visiting Wizards, along with other local resources available for teachers, including The Bakken Museum, SciGirls, U of M Raptor Center, Leonardo’s Basement, the Bell Museum, Como Planetarium, Code Kitty, MN Herpetological Society, the Twin Cities Regional Science Fair, St. Thomas, St. Kate’s, U of M, AND MORE………….
Please register EARLY as we have limited it to the first 500 teachers who register. Several free 3M product samples will be given to each pre-registered teacher.
